Happy Thanksgiving

Hello Blogging Friends,

It is my turn on the Dies R Us Blog today and I am sharing a Thanksgiving card.

For this A2 card I used dies from all four of these die sets.

I started by taking a piece of Neenah Desert Storm paper to make the base of the card.  I took the Shadow Box frame from the Creative Expressions Shadow Box ~ In The Garden die set and some brown and white gingham paper and cut out the frame.

I took the one of the smaller frames form Creative Expressions Shadow Box Collection ~ Scalloped Lattice Frame set B and placed that around the outside of the Shadow Box Frame die and cut that out and added that to the card base.  I took a piece of White paper and cut out the Shadow Box frame again.  I inked the squares and rectangles with Tea Dye distress ink and glued them inside the frame.  I took a piece of November Graphic 45 paper and cut out the sentiment and glued that into the lower right square. I took some orange, red, yellow and green paper and the pumpkin and leaves dies from the Creative Expressions Necessities Wooden Garden Cart die set and added them into the three squares at the top of the frame and the small rectangle frame.  I took some Yellow and Brown paper along with the stem die from the Sizzix Tim Holtz Alterations die set, placed the yellow stem on top of the brown stem and then glued that into the long rectangle on the left side of the frame.  I took some Brown ink and inked the edges all around the card.
