Hello Blogging Friends!!
Today is the start of a new month and a new challenge on the 2 Crafty Critter Crazies Challenge Blog:
2 Crafty Critter Crazies Challenge #18
This month we are being sponsored by Ike's Art
For my card I choose the Whale digital stamp:
Here is my card:
Ingredients:
Ike's Whale digital image
Elizabeth Crafts Designs Circles die
Kraft card stock
Copic markers
Water paper
Neenah Solar White paper
Blue Vellum paper
Stampendous Ocean Wisdom stamp set
Versamark
WOW Silver embossing powder
Salty Ocean distress ink
For this 5 inch by 7 inch card I started with Kraft card stock for the base of the card. I took a piece of water paper, inked the edges with Salty Ocean distress ink and added it to the base of the card. I took a piece of Neenah Solar White paper and printed out Ike's Whale digital image and then colored it in with Copic markers. I fussy cut it out and added it to the card. I took some Blue Vellum paper and the Elizabeth Crafts Designs Circles die and cut out the vellum and stuck it behind the whale to look like bubbles going up to the surface. I took the sentiment from the Stampendous Ocean Wisdom stamp set and some Versamark and stamped it onto the lower right hand side of the card. I heat embossed it with WOW Silver embossing powder.
