Peace On Earth Christmas Challenge #45

Hello Christmas Lovers!!

Today is the start of a new challenge over on the Peace On Earth Christmas Challenge Blog ~ POE Challenge #45.  We are a Year Round Christmas Challenge Blog and we hope you will join us for this challenge.  If you need to get your creative juices flowing we have a Cool Inspiration board to help you with that!

Here is my card for the POE Challenge #45:

Ingredients:

White card stock
Neenah Desert Storm paper
Green patterned paper
Impression Obsession Seahorse stamp
Merry Christmas stamp
Versamark ink
White embossing powder
Copic markers
Black ink
Gina Marie Designs Big and Little Pierced Rectangle die
Gina Marie Designs Scalloped Oval die

For this A2 card I started with White card stock to make the base of the card.  I took the Green patterned paper and the Gina Marie Designs Big and Little Pierced Rectangle die and cut it out and added it to the card.  I took some Neenah Desert Storm paper, the Impression Obsession Seahorse stamp and Versamark and stamped that onto the paper.  I then heat set it with White Embossing Powder and cut it out with the Gina Marie Scalloped Oval frame and added it to the card.  I took a White Tag I had in my stash, Black ink and the Merry Christmas stamp and stamped that onto the tag and added that to the card.  I was inspired to make this card from the picture of the Christmas stocking with the Seahorse on it from the Inspiration Board below.
