Today is International Tea Day

 Hello Friends!

Welcome to another "Yes, It Is A Holiday" post with my friends Michael and Debra.  Today is International Tea Day!  It is observed annually on May 21st, according to the United Nations.  The concerning resolution was adopted on December 21, 2019 and calls on the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization to lead the observance of the day.  

 The International Tea Day aims to raise awareness of the long history and the deep cultural and economic significance of tea around the world.  The goal of the day is to promote and foster collective actions to implement activities in favor of the sustainable production and consumption of tea and raise awareness of its importance in fighting hunger and poverty.

Here is my card to honor International Tea Day:

For this card I used the Lawn Fawn Stitched Teapot, Stitched Teacup and the Zesty Lemon dies.  I also used a layering die for the tea sentiment die.

So go ahead and make yourself a nice cup of tea or if you are like me a tall glass of iced tea!
