Lasting Memories Layout Challenge #615 ~ Out of Your Comfort Zone ~ Color
Hello Scrapbooking Friends!!
Today is the start of a new challenge over on the Lasting Memories Layout Challenge Blog. We all have our own scrapbook style. We tend o repeat certain elements, colors and even layout designs. For the month of September let's move out of our comfort zones! These challenges won't be too specific because each person will need to evaluate their own scrapbooking and do something different from their typical layouts.
For this week we all have colors that we dislike or find difficult to scrap with. Perhaps yellow isn't your cup of tea, or you find purple difficult to use. Choose a color and use it as the main color on your layout (you may include other colors as well). For me a difficult color to work with is Brown.
This is a layout of my daughter Jenna and her dog Scooby! I used a title that I bought at a crop and the Spellbinders Shapeabilities Pawing Around die. I used some Royal Blue as an accent color because Scooby is wearing a Blue Scarf.
Aaaaw, this is adorable, Lori! What a gorgeous LO! Scooby is so cuuuuuute, and Jenna is beautiful! I want to get back to making scrapbooks for our cats that have departed. I started but did not complete them (the story of my life). Thanks for the inspiration! Wishing you a wonderful day!
ReplyDeleteThis is so cute. I love the way Scooby is giving the side eye to the camera too! Great layout.
