Dies R Us Challenge ~ Boo! (Halloween)

Hello Blogging Friends!

Today is October 15th snd that means that it is time for a NEW Challenge on the Dies R Us Challenge Blog with a theme of Boo! (Halloween) plus use any brand of metal die that DRU sells. 

Here is my card for this challenge:   

Ingredients:

Tutti Designs Spiderweb Corner

Impression Obsession Black Cat (no longer available)

Watercolor paper

White card stock

Black Shimmer paper

Dried Marigold distress oxide

Mustard Seed distress oxide

Wilted Violet distress oxide

Spiced Marmalade distress oxide

Spider stamp

Black ink

For this A2 card  I started by making the card base using White card stock.  I took a piece of watercolor paper, my blending  brushes and Dried Marigold, Mustard Seed, Wilted Violet and Spiced Marmalade distress oxide and blended them onto the paper and then spritzed it with water.  I dried the paper with my heat tool and added that to the card base.  I took the Tutti Designs Spiderweb Corner die and some Black Shimmer paper and cut out the Spider web and added it to the card.  I took the Impression Obsession Black Cat die (no longer available but you could use the Tutti Designs Black Cat die instead) and cut out the cat and added it to the bottom of the card.  I took the Spider stamp and some Black ink and stamped the spiders hanging from the web.
