Lavinia World Challenge #27

Hello Fairy Loving Friends!!

Today is the start of a new challenge on the Lavinia World Challenge Blog ~ 

Lavinia World Challenge #27

Here is my card for this challenge:

Ingredients:

Forest Temple

Spanish Moss

Mystical Swirl

Faerie Spells
Bundled Sage distress oxide
Brushed Corduroy distress oxide
Fired Brick distress oxide
Barn Door distress oxide
Broken China distress oxide
Salty Ocean distress oxide
Evergreen Bough distress oxide
Versafine Clair Verdant ink
Distress Resist Spray
Black ink
 Gray ink
VersaMark
Black embossing powder
Water color paper
Foam Tape

For this A2 card I started by taking a piece of watercolor paper, VersaMark and the Forest Temple stamp and stamped that onto to the paper and then heat embossed it with Black embossing powder.  When it was cool I started watercoloring the image with the distress inks and then I spritzed it with Distress Resist Spray and when it was dry I fussy cut out the Forest Temple and put some foam tape on the back and put it on the side.  I took another piece of water color paper the Versafine Verdant ink and stamped the Spanish Moss upside down on the bottom of the paper.  I took some Gray ink and the Faerie Spells stamp and stamped that onto the top part of the paper several times.  Then I took Black ink and the Mystical Swirl and stamped that lightly on the top of top the paper with some of the stamp hanging off the paper.  Then I took my blending brushes and blended in the the blue and green distress inks on top of the stamped images and then I place the Forest Temple with the foam tape on the back onto the card.

The theme for Lavinia World Challenges is always "Anything Goes" using a stamped image (sorry no digi stamps, but rather rubber or clear stamps are perfect).  The winner will receive a $15 Gift Certificate to Lavinia World.
