DL.ART AUGUST LINKY CHALLENGE

Hello Blogging Friends!!

Today is August 1st!!  Can you believe it is August already??  Where did the time go?  Well that means that today is the start of the month long DL.ART AUGUST LINKY CHALLENGE. 

I close friend of mine moved away to Florida and I wanted to send her and her husband a card for their new digs!!  So I made this card:

Ingredients:

DL.ART Rose Crinkle Ribbon from the Vintage Vineyard (Summer Edition)

DL.ART pink & white bakers twine

Cottage Cutz Bee Happy Stamp & Die set

Memory Box Distressed Heart Collage dies

Spellbinders Home Sweet Home die

White card stock

Green patterned paper

Green woodgrain paper

White paper

Neenah Solar White paper

Copic markers

Key charm

Bundled Sage distress ink

Black ink

For this A2 card I started with white card stock for the base of the card.  I took the green patterned paper and the Memory Box Distressed Heart Collage die and cut out the right hand side of the paper, I inked the edges with Bundled Sage distress ink and added that to the card.  I took a piece of Neenah Solar White paper, black ink and the Cottage Cutz Bee Happy stamp set and stamped the house onto the paper.  I colored it in with Copic markers and then cut it out with the matching die and added that to the card.  I took the Spellbinders Home Sweet Home die and some white paper and cut out Home Sweet Home and I attached that to some green woodgrain paper, I cut that into a fishtail banner, inked the edges with black ink and added that to the card.  I took the DL.ART Rose Crinkle Ribbon from the Vintage Vineyard (Summer Edition) pack and made a bow.  I took the key charm and some DL.ART pink and white bakers twine and tied the key onto the bow and then I attached the bow to the card.
