Here is my card:
Ingredients:
Brown Core'dinations paper
Kraft card stock
Burlap
Blue print paper
Blue paper
Silver paper
Evergreen bough distress ink
Dad stamp
For this A2 card I started with Kraft card stock for the base of the card. I took a piece of burlap and glued that to the base of the card. I took the blue patterned paper and tore the edges with a ripping ruler and added that on top of the burlap. I took a piece of solid blue paper ripped the edges with the ripping ruler, inked the edges with Evergreen Bough distress ink and then added that to the card. I took some brown Core'dinations paper with the turquoise color under the brow and my Tutti Designs Mr. die set and cut out the hat, glasses and moustache, I distressed them a bit with sandpaper block and then added them to the card. I took some silver paper and the Spellbinders Sprightly Sprockets dies ( you can find similar gear dies here) and cut out some gears. I tucked 2 of the gears under the top left corner of the card and the bottom right corner. I took a smaller gear and added that to the top right corner. I took the Dad stamp and some black ink and stamped Dad onto more of the solid blue paper, ripped the edges and inked the edges with Evergreen Bough distress ink and then added that to the top right corner placing it over some of the silver gear. I took two small gears and placed them inside the eyeglasses to look like eyes for the fun of it! I then took the Evergreen Bough distress ink and inked all around the outside edge of the card.
Too fun and cute! Love it!
