Hello Blogging Friends!!
Today is the start of Scrapy Land Challenge #82 (***& DESIGN TEAM CALL*** ~ the theme is always ANYTHING GOES using any brand of die that Scrapy Land sells. We now have TWO WINNERS for each challenge. One will be a random winner and the other is chosen by the Design Team. Each winner will receive a $10 gift certificate to Scrapy Land.
Scrapy Land carries over 55 brands of dies, so chances are you have a few of the brands in your stash! You can see all the brands carried under the Products category.
Please link your project back to the Scrapy Land Challenge #82 page and include the link to the Scrapy Land Challenge #82 in your blog post. It would also be extremely helpful if you would list the brands of dies used in your project. (Sometimes we can't tell if an item is a die cut or chipboard.)
Here is my card:
Ingredients:
Elizabeth Craft Designs Lace Heart die
Hearts embossing folder
Kraft card stock
Assorted paper from my stash
Sentiment
Black ink
Gold ink
Nuvo Mousse Gold
For this 5 inch by 5 inch card I started with Kraft card stock for the base of the card. I took a piece of red paper and a heart embossing folder and ran it through my Big Shot. I used my sandpaper block to distress the paper a bit and then I took a brush and brushed on some Nuvo Mousse Gold. I cut out the Elizabeth Craft Designs Lace Heart die with white paper and rubbed more of the Nuvo Mousse Gold over that and then I stamped the sentiment with black ink onto the middle of the heart and added this to the card. I took some gold ink and inked all around the edges of the card.
