Today I am participating in Amy Tsuruta's Woodblock Wednesday Challenge for October!

Here is my card:

Ingredients:

Stampin Up Hedgehog Happiness stamp

Sizzix Embossing Folder

Spellbinders die (no longer available)

White paper

Black ink

Copic markers

Faded Jeans distress oxide ink

Pink paper

Black paper

Card base

For this A2 card I started by stamping the Stampin Up Hedgehog Happiness stamp with Black ink onto white paper.  I colored in the image with Copic markers and than I cut it out with an older Spellbinders nesting die.  I took the Pink paper and the next size up Spellbinders nesting die and cut tha out and mounted the stamped image onto it.  I took a piece of Black paper and the Sizzix embossing folder and ran that through my big shot, distressed the paper with a sanding block and and added that to the card base.  I added the stamped image to the center of the card.  I just love the Hedgehog stamps, they make me smile!
