Peace On Earth Christmas Challenge #82

 Hello Christmas Lovers,

Today is the start of a new challenge over on the Peace On Earth Christmas Challenge Blog ~ POE Christmas Challenge #82.  We have the fun Heart Themed   Inspiration Board below to help you get started.

Inspiration Board:

Here is my card for POE Challenge #82:

Ingredients:

Script Embossing Folder
Neenah Dessert Storm paper
Tea Dye distress oxide
Brown distress ink
Blue pattern paper
Blue paper
Assorted scraps to make the owls
Merry Christmas stamp
Black ink

I was inspired to make this card from the photo of the owl and eagle on the Inspiration Board.  I started by making the base of the card with White card stock.m. I took a piece of Neenah Desert Storm and the Script Embossing Folder and ran it through my Big Shot.  I took some Tea Dye distress oxide and rubbed that all over the paper.  I took a distress spray and spritzed it.  I distressed the edges of the paper and than inked the edges with Brown ink and added it to the card base.  I took the Cottage Cutz. Christmas Owls die and assorted paper scraps and cut out all the pieces and assemble it on a piece of blue paper that I cut out with the Waffle Flower Nesting Postage die.  I took the Merry Christmas stamp and some Black ink and stamped it on the bottom of the Blue paper.  I than took the Blue printed paper and cut it out with the next size up of the Waffle Flower Nesting Postage die and I added the Blue paper with the Owls on the Branch to that and added that to the base of the cared.

Now it is your turn to head over to the POE Challenge #82  post to check out all the great cards made by the talented Design Team and make a card for this challenge.  We can't wait to see what you make for this challenge!

Thanks for stopping by,

Lori
