Coffee & Critter Challenge

Today I am sharing a card I am entering into the Kat Scrappiness August Challenge ~ Coffee & Critters.

Here is my card:

Ingredients:

Poppystamps Teacup Stack die

Gina Marie Designs Oval die

Stitched Tag die

 Crafters Companion Vintage Tea Party die

Tim Holtz Crazy Dogs stamp

Colored pencils

White card stock

Plaid paper

Lime green paper

Green polka dot paper

Pink pattened paper

Black ink

Victorian Velvet distress ink

Pearls

For this A2 card I started with white card stock for the base of the card. I took the plaid paper, inked the edges with Victorian Velvet distress ink and added that to the card.  I took the oval die and some lime green paper and cut that out, inked the edges with black ink and added that to the card.  I took the pink patterned paper and the Teacup Stack die and cut out the teacups.  I took some green polka dot paper and cut out the teacups again and I added the teacups to the card inlaying the green polka dot paper cuts inside the pink patterned paper.  I stamped the dog stamp and colored it in with colored pencils and put the dog inside the top cup with his tongue hanging out!  I took more of the pink patterned paper and the Vintage Tea Party sentiment die and cut out the sentiment.  I took more of the green polka dot paper and the stitched tag die and cut that out and added the sentiment to the tag and then attached it to the card.  I put a pearl at the top of the tag and tiny pearls on the one cup.
