Love Grows Here

Hello Blogging Buddies!!

Today I am going to share a card a made with the Gerda Steiner Designs new Gnome Couple Digital Stamp!!  I am also going to be entering this card in the April Monthly Challenge .

Here is my card:

Ingredients:

Desert Storm Neenah card stock
Core'dinations Brown paper
Watercolor paper
Copic markers
Assorted paper from my stash
Bundled Sage distress ink
Black ink

For this A2 card I started with Desert Storm Neenah card stock for the base of the card.  I took the green patterned paper, inked the edges with Bundles Sage distress ink and attached that to the card.
I took some brown Core'dinations paper and the Tonic Studio - Rocco Dies - Fairy Door die and cut out the door.  I sanded the paper a bit and then added it to the card.  I cut out the various inlaid pieces with scraps I had on hand and placed them into the Fairy Door die.  I printed out the Gerda Steiner Designs Gnome Couple digital stamp onto watercolor paper and then colored it in with Copic markers.  I fussy cut the Gnome Couple out and placed them on the landing of the Fairy Door.  I took some black ink and the sentiment from the Joy Clair Gnome is where the Heart is stamp set and stamped that in the upper right hand corner of the card.  I fell in love with the Gnome Couple the minute I saw them!!

Be sure to stop by the Gerda Steiner Designs April Monthly Challenge to see all the other wonderful creations people have made.
