Hello Blogging Friends,
Well it is September 1st and that means that the DL.ART Design Team is back from vacation!! Can you believe it is September already?? I hope you all had a wonderful summer! I had a very nice summer, but it went by much too quickly!! But we are all back to give you some inspiration for the
DL.ART SEPTEMBER LINKY CHALLENGE:
Here is my card:
Ingredients:
DL.ART Lavender Crinkle Ribbon from the Spring Bundle #1
Stampin' Up Fairy Celebration stamp set
White card stock
Black ink
Copic markers
Molly & Rex 6 x 6 Specialty Cardstock
Wink of Stella crystal pen
Nuvo Silver drops
Dusty Concord distress ink
For this A2 card I started with white card stock for the base of the card. I took a piece of Molly & Rex Specialty paper from a 6 x 6 paper pack that I got at Michael's and attached that to the card. I took a piece of watercolor paper and some black ink and I stamped the Stampin' Up Fairy Celebrations stamps onto the paper. I colored the images in with Copic markers and then I fussy cut the fairies out and added them to my card. I took some of my Lavender Crinkle Ribbon from the DL.ART Spring Bundle #1 and glued that along the top of the card. I then took my Wink of Stella pen and added a bit of glitter to the white background flowers and I put a drop of Silver Nuvo drops in the centers of those white flowers. I took some of the Dusty Concord distress ink and rubbed some on all the edges of the card. I then stamped the sentiment from the Fairy Celebration stamp set onto the card with black ink.
