Penny Black Holiday Head Start Challenge

Hello Blogging Friends,

Today I would like to share with you a card I made for the Penny Black Holiday Head Start Challenge.

Ingredients:

White card stock
Watercolor paper
Blue paper from my stash
Memento Black ink
Copic markers
Evergreen Bough distress ink

For this A2 card I started with a piece of white card stock for the base of the card, I took a piece of blue paper from my stash, inked the edges with Evergreen Bough distress ink and added that to the card base.  I took a piece of water color paper, Memento Black ink and the Penny Black Snow Fairies stamp set and stamped the fairies onto the paper.  I colored the fairies and their snowballs in with Copic markers, cut out each fairy and inked the edges with Evergreen Bough distress ink and added them to the card.  I took the sentiment from the Wplus9 Design Studio Winter Pals stamp set and stamped that onto the card.  I just love these sweet snow fairies frolicking in the snow to build a snowman!

I will be sending this along with the other cards I made for the Cards for Little Hearts Card Drive.

Thanks for stopping by,

Lori
