Belle Bear Card for Hug a Heart Card Drive

Hello Blogging Friends,

Today I am sharing this cute Belle bear card that I made for the Hug a Heart Card Drive.

You can read all about this card drive for children in the Cardiac Unit on Christina Hor's Blog

Here is my card:

Thinking of you stamp
Quickutz Heart die
Assorted paper from my stash
Copic markers
Victorian Velvet distress ink

For this card I started with white card stock for the base of the card, then I took the striped paper, inked the edges with Victorian Velvet distress ink and added that to the card.  Next I cut out the Quickutz Heart die with two different shades of pink paper and added that to the card.  I stamped the Repeat Impressions Stamps Belle stamp with black ink onto white watercolor paper, colored it with Copic markes, fussy cut it out and added it to the center of the heart.  Then I took the sentiment stamp and stamped that on the top of the card with black ink.  I think Belle is just the cutest bear!!

We will have a Hug a Heart Blog Hop on February 1st!!

So mark you calendars for February 1st to see some of the wonderful card that are being made for this cause by some awesome and talented Designers.
