Hello Blogging Friends!
Today is the start of a new challenge on the Scrapy Land Challenge Blog ~
With a theme of Let It Snow! (includes Holiday cards and projects) plus use any brand of low profile or steel ruled die that Scrapy Land sells.
Here is my card for Scrapy Land Challenge #56:
Die-Versions Sweet Wordlests Merry Christmas die (out of stock right now)
Tim Holtz Snowflakes and Speckles embossing folder
Copic markers W1, W3 and W5
White & Gold Bakers Twine
Various paper from my stash
For this A2 card I started with white card stock for the base of the card. I took another piece of white card stock and ran it through my Vagabond with the TIm Holtz Snowflakes and Speckles embossing folder and then added that to the card. I die the Memory Box Snowflake Bird die twice with white paper and layered them on top of each other and added that to the card. I took the inside parts of the bird from the cut out and colored it with Copic markers W1, W3 & W5 and then placed it back inside the bird so it would look like a Chickadee. I took some gold shimmer paper and die cut out the Die-Versions Sweet Wordlests Merry Christmas sentiment die and placed that on the bottom of the card.
I took some gold ink and inked the edges of the card lightly. Lastly I took the white & gold Bakers Twine and wrapped that around the card several times.
