Hello Blogging Friends,
Today I am going to share with you a card that I made to enter in the Sugar Pea Mix It Up Challenge #18.
Here is the inspiration photo:
Here is my card:
Copper Peddler embossing powder
Tea Dye distress ink
Various paper from my stash
For this A2 card I started out with white card stock for the base of the card. Next I took some plaid paper, inked the edges with brown ink and then added that to the card. I took the sentiment from the Sugar Pea Designs Fall Fox stamp set and stamped it with Versamark onto some white paper and then heat embossed it with Copper Peddler embossing powder, then I cut it out with the Lil' Inker Designs Stitched Mats: Rectangle die, inked the edges with Tea Dye distress ink and added that to the card. Next I stamped the fox from the Sugar Pea Designs Fall Fox stamp set with black ink onto some white paper and colored him with Copic markers and then fussy cut him out. I cut out the yellow start with the Shapez Spellbinders Star die, inked the edges with Tea Dye distress ink and then glued the fox onto the middle of the star and then placed the star onto the card. Lastly I took some more of the Tea Dye distress ink and inked around the edges of the whole card.
