DL.ART Thankful Thursday Challenge #177 ~ Anything Goes

Hello Blogging Buddies!

Today is the start of a new Thankful Thursday challenge at DL.ART  Challenge #177 ~ Anything Goes
The theme for this challenge is Anything Goes or you can always substitute a Thank you card.

For my project I made Easter Basket Tags:

Ingredients:

Close To My Heart
Close To My Heart
Various assorted papers from my stash
DL. ART Ribbon

I want to show you a close up of each tag so you can see how adorable these CTMH "Spring Critters" stamps and " Spring Critters" matching dies are that I purchased from CTMH Diana Larson.

Bunny Tag:

For this tag I used the DL.ART Vintage Vineyard Merlot ribbon. I stamped the Bunny with black ink, colored it with Copic markers, cut it out with the matching die and then placed it onto the green egg that I cut out with a CM egg shape.  I inked the edges of the egg with green ink.  Next I added the gingham paper to the Tim Holtz tag and placed the egg on top of that.  I tied the Merlot ribbon onto the top of the tag and I inked the edges with some pink ink.

Frog Tag:

For this tag I used the DL.ART Mermaids Tale Third Edition Orange Green Hue ribbon.  I stamped the frog with black ink onto white paper, colored him in with Copic markers and then cut him out with the matching die.  I added the green patterned paper to the tag and inked the edges with green ink.  Then I cut out the egg, inked the edges with green ink and added the frog to the egg, and the egg to the tag.

Chick Tag:

I stamped the chick stamp with black ink onto white paper and then colored the chick with Copic markers and then cut it out with the matching die.  I cut out the egg next, inked the edges with turquoise ink, placed the chick on the egg and then placed it on the tag that I had already placed paper and inked the edges.

Fox Tag:

For this tag I choose the DL.ART Blue Bundle Steel Blue ribbon.  I stamped the fox onto white paper with black ink and colored him with Copic markers and then cut him out with the matching die and placed him on the egg that I had cut out.  I inked the edges of the egg with denim blue ink and placed him on the tag that I had put the blue gingham paper on and inked the edges of the tag with the same blue ink.

I am really happy with the way these turned out and I can't wait to put them on my kids Easter Baskets!

Don't forget that my blog followers can get a 10% discount when ordering from DL.ART by using the code:  LK456.
