Forest Friends

Hello Blogging Buddies,

Today I want to share with you a fun card that I made.

Ingredients:

Assorted papers from my stash

For this A2 card I started with kraft card stock for the base of the card.  Then I added the blue marble paper after inking the edges with Faded Jeans distress ink.  Next I cut out the Tonic Rocco Fairy Door die with Core'dinations Chocolate Box Key Lime paper, I sanded it down so the green would show through and then added that to the card.  I used yellow glitter paper for the windows in the door and some black paper for the key whole and some gray paper for the steps.  I cut out the Cottage Cutz Lady Gnome die in white paper and then colored the elements with my Copic markers, pieced her together and then added her to the card.  I added some little pink flowers to the vine around the door and lastly I cut out the Die-Versions Sweet Wordlet Believe with black paper and added it to the top of the card.  So what do you think?  I was thinking about a nice spring day in the woods looking for Fairies and Gnomes instead of looking out my window at all the snow we got!!

I hope I have inspired you to create something fun today!

Thanks for stopping by!
Lori
