Gingerbread Boy Cookie

Hello Blogging Buddies,

Today I have a sweet Christmas card to share with you!  I don't know about you, but I love anything gingerbread at Christmas time!  I love the smell and the look of it, but I am not that crazy about eating gingerbread, but I sure love to look at it!!

For this A2 card I started with kraft card stock for the base of the card, then I added the gingerbread paper and some washi tape around the edges.  Next I cut out my gingerbread boy with a sizzlet gingerbread boy die, I used my white pen for his icing accents.  Then I cut out the green paper with my Spellbinders Labels Ten die and placed the gingerbread cookie in the center, inked the edges with gold ink and added that to the card.  I stamped the sentiment on some tan paper and took some red, white and green bakers twine wrapped that around the card and tied the sentiment on.  So does this make you want to bake some gingerbread?

This card was mailed out last week to Caring Hearts Card Drive with the others.  I hope it brings a smile to someone's face!

Thanks for stopping by!!
Lori
