You're Like a Cup of Tea

Hello Friends,

Today I would like to share with you this card I made for the DL.Art Thankful Thursday Challenge #164 "Coffee, Tea or Any Beverage" challenge.

Here is my card:

For this A2 card I started with a piece of kraft card stock, then I added the Graphic 45 blue striped paper after inking the edges with Faded Jeans distress ink, I also inked the edges of the of the card with the same ink.  Next I cut out the Cherry Lynn Swedish Soring Oval Frame die maroon paper and added that to the card.  Then I die cut the Poppy Stamps Teacup Stack die twice, once in the ivory print paper and once in the blue floral print paper.  I then inlaid the floral blue paper inside the ivory teacups and added that to the card.  Next I stamped my Close To My Heart "Treats of Friendship" sentiment stamp on white paper and cut it out using my Taylored Expressions Banner Stacklets die, inked the edges with Victorian Velvet distress ink and attached it to the card.  Lastly I made the pink bow using the DL.Art Vintage Vineyard Crinkle Ribbon and attached that to the card.  Now don't you just want to go to a Tea Party??  I loved when my daughters were younger and we would have Tea Parties!

I hope I have inspired you to create something pretty today!

Don't forget to go to the DL.Art Thankful Thusrday Challenge blog to see all the other wonderful creations entered into Challenge #164:  "Coffee, Tea or Any Beverage".
