Hope Fairy

Hello My Peeps!!

I want to share a card with you today that I made for Breast Cancer Awareness Month that I will be sending to Fighting Pretty along with all the other BCA cards that I have made for the Die-Versions Think Pink Blog Hop!

For this A2 card I started with hot pink cardstock for the base of the card and I rounded the bottom corners.  Next I used a Digital Stamp from a wonderful artist named  Kathryne at Whimsy Stamps , she also designed my beautiful new watermark that I have on this card.  I entered a contest over at 613 Avenue Create and I was one of the lucky winners to get a new watermark, isn't mine so pretty?  I sure do love it!

You can purchase this Autumn Blessing digital stamp at Whimsy Stamps.  I chose to color her pink with my Copic Markers.  I cut out the word hope using some rainbow paper and added that to the card.  Now don't you think she is just the cutest Hope Fairy around?  I sure do!!  I am sure some breast cancer recipient will get a smile on her face when she sees this card!

You can check out more of Kathryne's art work on her facebook page StampArt Design by Kathryne or on her blog StampArt Design by Kathryne.  I am sure you will find something you like!!

I hope I have inspired you today to create something Pink!!

Thanks for stopping by!!

  3. She is darling, Lori, and I especially like the background sky. The highlights around your sweet image, and the darker areas away from her really draw the eye in! hugs, de
