Gears Card



Hello Peeps,

Today is the start of a new challenge at Scrapy Land Challenge Blog.  Challenge #12:  Theme:  Splat (use spray mist, paint, inks, etc.) PLUS any SL die brand.  Here is the card I made for this challenge:


For this A2 card I started with brown card stock for the base of the card.  I then took a piece of white paper and sprayed it with Copper Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist.  After that dried I attached it to the card.  Next I cut out the Spellbinders Sprightly Sprockets dies in silver metallic paper and placed them on the card.  I used some old black alphabet stickers from my stash for the sentiment and to finish it off I took some brads and added them to the gears.  So what do you think?  Does this look like a good masculine card?  I always have a hard time making masculine cards!

    This is an awesome masculine card. What guy doesn't appreciate gears! Great idea for the sentiment too.
