I am here today with another gear card! I have fallen in love with this Spellbinders Sprightly Sprockets die set! I have always had trouble making masculine cards until now! With this set you just cut out some gears, put them on a card and find a sentiment.
For this A2 card I started with kraft card stock for the base of the card. Next I took a piece of striped paper, inked the edges with brown ink and added it to the card. Then I cut out the Spellbinders Sprightly Sprockts in gold and silver paper and added them to the card. Then I took the dude stamp from my Paper Smooches Slang Gang Stamp set and stamped the silver cirlce with black ink and added that to the card. Lastly I took some brads and added them to one of the gears. That's it and now I have a masculine card ready for my next box of cards going to Operation Write Home. So what do you think? Would the man in your life like this card or what? I know every card I have made so far with these gear dies ~ my husband says how much he likes that card!!

Lisa you have to cut them out, once you do you will see how much fun they are to work with! My husband doesn't usually make a fuss over a card, but he loves the gears cards! Glad that I could inspire you for a change! I am always inspired by your beautiful work!
