Hello Blogging Friends,
Today it is my turn on the Die-Versions Blog and I have this card to share with you!
Ingredients:
Die-Versions Whispers Peacock die (not in stock right now)
Pink Papers
White card stock
I made this card in honor of the Popcorn Park Zoo white peacock named Percy:
You can read all about Percy here.
He sure is a beautiful peacock! But back to the card ~ For the base of this card I made this 5 1/2 inch by 6 1/2 inch card with white card stock. I cut out the Die-Versions Whispers Oriental Screen die with black paper and than glued that on top of the small print pink paper. I cut out the Die-Versions Whispers Peacock in white paper and added that to the screen. Then I added the whole thing to the bigger print pink paper. I love the way it turned out and I am sure Percy would approve!!

ReplyDeleteHi Lori your card is gorgeous I love the peacock die it is stunning. Take care. Hugs Jackie
ReplyDeleteThe white peacocks are amazing, aren't they? I always marvel that they can keep their tail feathers clean since the drag the ground behind them when not fanned out. I especially love the Asian theme of your card, Lori! At first, I thought you had needle-pointed the background because of the textures! Really pretty die cut, isn't it? It's a lovely card! hugs, de
ReplyDeletePercy is quite stunning looking and I think you've done him proud with your design too! :) I love the pinks and the different patterns in your background!! HUGS
