DL.ART NOVEMBER LINKY CHALLENGE

Hello Blogging Friends,

Today is the start of a new challenge on the DL.ART Blog


Here is my card for this challenge:


Ingredients:

DL.ART Blue Hue Tail Crinkle Ribbon from the Mermaids Tale Second Edition
Watercolor pencils
Black ink
Assorted paper from my stash

For this 5 inch by 6 1/2 inch card I started out with ivory card stock for the base of the card.  Then I added the cupcake paper to card.  I wrapped the DL.ART Blue Hue Tail Crinkle Ribbon from the Mermaids Tale Second Edition around the card and I made a bow at the top of the card.  Next I stamped the Tim Holtz Crazy Dog with black ink onto some white paper and colored it with watercolor pencils, then I cut it out with the matching Tim Holtz Crazy Dogs die.  I stamped the birthday hat stamp from the Tim Holtz Crazy Things stamp set with black ink onto white paper and then colored it watercolor pencils and then attached the hat to the dogs head. I took the dog and placed it on the striped paper and then inked the edges with black ink and added that to the card.  Lastly I cut out the Party Time banner, inked the edges with black ink and added it to the card.
