Happy Birthday card

Hello Blogging Buddies,

Today I am going to share with you a Birthday card that I made:

Ingredients:

My Favorite Things You Lift Me Up Flopsey (retired stamp set)
Various papers from my stash
Versamark
Clear embossing powder
Black embossing powder
Copic markers
Seedless Preserves distress ink

For this A2 card I started with white card stock and I cut out the Die-namics LJD Peek-a-Boo Window die in the center of the card.  Next I stamped the My Favorite Things You Lift Me Up Flopsey (retired stamp) Bunny stamp with black ink and colored it with Copic markers and then fussy cut it out.  I then attached Flopsey to the confetti paper and mounted that on the inside of the card with Flopsey in the window and his balloons hanging over the edge of the Wonky Window.  I stamped the sentiment for the You Lift Me Up Flopsey (retired) stamp set with Versamark and then heat embossed it with clear embossing powder. I rubbed Seedless Preserves distress ink all over the front of the card and then wiped some off so the clear sentiment could really stand out.  Next I took some left over confetti paper and stamped the Happy Birthday sentiment from the My Favorite Things LLD Soda Pop stamp set with Versamark and then heat embossed it with Black embossing powder, cut the edges with my Creative Memories corner rounder and attached that to the card.

I am entering this card in the My Favorite Things You Could Be A Card Designer Superstar Contest 2016

I hope I have inspired you to get out your My Favorite Things stamps and Die-namics dies and create something for this fun contest too!!

Thanks for stopping by,
Lori
