Scrapy Land Challenge #41 ~ Anything Goes

Hello Blogging Buddies,

Today is the start of a new challenge on the Scrapy Land Challenge Blog!

Scrapy Land Challenge #41 with the theme Anything Goes plus use any brand of low profile or steel ruled die Scrapy Land sells.

Scrapy Land has over 40 brands of dies.  You can see them all here.   Please link your project back to this Scrapy Land Challenge Blog.  It would also be extremely helpful if you would list the brands of dies used in your project.

Here is my card for the Scrapy Land Challenge #41:

Ingredients:

Antique Linen distress ink
Kraft card stock
Woodgrain paper from my stash

For this A2 card I started with Kraft card stock for the base of the card.  Next I took a piece of woodgrain paper, inked the edges with Antique Linen distress ink and attached that to the base of the card.  Next I cut out the Poppystamps Large Iceland Poppy die with maroon paper, used some Copic markers for accenting and some yellow paper for the stamens and green paper for the stem.  I also cut out the Elizabeth Craft Designs With Sympathy die in the same maroon paper and I attached the flower and the sentiment to the card.

Now it is your turn to create something!  Please be sure to check out what the Design Team have created to help get your mojo flowing at the Scrapy Land Challenge Blog.

Please remember:
~ include one or more die brands that Scrapy Land sells
~ follow the theme
~ include a link to the Scrapy Land Challenge in your post.
~ It would be extremely helpful if you would list the brands of dies used in your project as well.
~ Please limit the number of entries to five.

The challenge closes on Sunday, May 29, giving the Designers time to choose the Winner and the Top Three.  The winner will receive a $15 gift certificate to the Scrapy Land store.

Thanks for stopping by!
Lori

  1. Lori, it's always a challenge to make sympathy cards in my opinion, but this one speaks from your heart, and that is what counts. Love that poppy and how you made the stamens! Hugs!
