Unicorn Challenge for May ~ Spotty Dotty!

Today is the start of a new challenge on the Unicorn Challenge Blog!

The theme for May is "Spotty Dotty" this means that we would like to see Polka Dots and/or spots on your creations!!

Here is my card for the Unicorn May Challenge ~ Spotty Dotty:

Ingredients:

Joy Clair's Mother's Day Clear Stamp Set

Die-Versions Stitched Nesting Squares dies

Lawn Fawns Spring Showers dies

Sizzix tag die

DL.ART 2016 Spring Bundle Mint green ribbon

Black ink

For this Spotty Dotty challenge I couldn't resist using this adorable Spotty Cow from Joy Clair's Mother's Day clear stamp set and the Happy Mudder's Day stamp too! I stamped it with black ink onto white paper and used my copic markers to color the udders and nose!  I then cut it out using my Die-Versions Stitched Nesting Sqaures die to cut out the cow, I inked the edges with green ink and placed that onto a piece of dark green dotted paper.  For the base of this A2 card I started with white card stock and then added some light green dotted paper.  I added the mounted spotty cow onto the card.  Next I took some yellow dotted paper and cut it out with the Lawn Fawns Spring Showers sun die and added that to the card. Next I cut out more of the dark green dotted paper using an old sizzix tag die.  I stamped the sentiment with black ink onto white paper and then cut out the square using the Die-Versions Stitched Nesting squares die, I inked the edges with green ink and then added that to the sizzix tag.  I took some DL.ART 2016 Spring Bundle Mint green ribbon and made a bow on the top of the tag and then attached the tag to the card.
