DL.ART Thankful Thursday Challenge #181

Hello Blogging Buddies,

This is one of two posts for me today.  If you are looking for the Craft Rocket Challenge #16 post please go here.

Today is the start of a new Challenge over on the DL.ART Challenge Blog ~ Challenge #181 ~ BOYS OR MEN ~ includes baby boys (or you can always substitute a Thank-You card for any of the challenges).

So here is my card for DL.ART Challenge #181 ~ Boys or Men:

Ingredients:

Kraft card stock
Burlap
Various papers from my stash
Die-Versions #1 Enhanced Spot (no longer available)
Lawn Fawn Stitched Oval die
Dad stamp
Black ink
Tea Dye distress ink

For this A2 card I started with Kraft card stock.  I added the patterned paper after inking the edges with Tea Dye distress ink.  Next I took the DL.ART Mocha crinkle ribbon and wrapped that around the card.  Next I cut out the burlap and added that to the card.  Then I took some dark brown paper and cut out the Die-Versions #1 Enhanced Spot die and placed that on the card.  Next I took some green paper and cut it out with Lawn Fawn Stitched Oval die and then I stamped Dad on to the oval with black ink, inked the edges and placed it on the card.  I think this makes a nice Father's Day card.

Now it is your turn to join in on the fun and make something for the DL.ART Thankful Thursday Challenge #181 ~ Boys or Men Challenge.

Please stop by the blog to see what the other designers made for this challenge here.

Oh and don't forget that my blog followers can get a 10% discount when ordering from DL.ART by using the code:  LK456.

Thanks for stopping by!
