Craft Rocket Challenge #10 ~ Feathers and/or Fur


Hello Blogging Buddies!

Today is the start of a new challenge at the Craft Rocket Challenge Blog.  Challenge #10 is Feathers and/or Fur.  

Here is my card for Craft Rocket Challenge #10:



Ingredients:

Quickutz Skunk (this was an exclusive die for the former Scrapbuggy store)
Lawn Fawn Spring Showers die
Wild Rose Blackberry Lane paper
Broken China distress ink
Black ink
Victorian Velvet distress ink
Sparkle N Sprinkle Spunky Skunk stamp set

For this A2 card I started with pale blue card stock for the base and then I added a piece of the Wild Rose Blackberry Lane paper after inking the edges with Broken China distress ink.  Next I cut out the Quickutz Skunk and pieced it together and placed it on the card.  I stamped the sentiment from the Sparkle N Sprinkle Spunky Skunk stamp set with black ink and then I inked the edges with Victorian Velvet and placed the heart in the skunks paws.  Next I cut out the sun and the clouds using the Lawn Fawn Spring Showers dies.
