Tea Pot Goodness

Today is Day 5 of the Spring Coffee Lovers Bloghop and I would like to share with you another card that I made today.  I like coffee, but I really love tea so I decided to make some tea cards along with the coffee ones for this Bloghop.

 
For this A2 card I started with kraft cardstock for the base of the card.  Then I added the patterned paper to it after I inked the edges with picked raspberry distress ink.  Next I cut out the Cottage Cutz Small Teapot die in pink printed paper and I used some chalk to accent it and then I added that to the card.  Next I cut out the tea bag labels using my Quickutz tea pot die and I added them to the teapot.  Next I stamped the sentiment from the Fiskars Latte Love stamp set on some cream color paper and used the die (not sure who makes this one) to cut it out and I inked the edges with peacock feathers distress ink and added that to the card.  Next I took a small heart and placed that on the tag.  So what do you think?  Does this card warm your heart?  I really love the shape of this teapot, it reminds me of the Victorian Tea Parties I used to have with my daughters!  Oh those were the days!!
