St. Patty's Day Cards

Hello Peeps,

It's Wednesday and that means that it is the start of the bi-monthly challenge at Scrapy Land Challenge Blog.  Today is Challenge #13 and the Theme is:  Anything Goes Using a Scrapy Land Die Brand,  there are over 40 brands to choose from at Scrapy Land!

Since this is the begining of March, I thought I would make a few Saint Patrick's Day cards for this challenge!

I have some Irish blood running thru my veins so I just love the sentiment of "talk Blarney to me" for my first card!!

 

For this A2 card I started with white card stock for the base of the card and then I added the yellow printed paper.  I used some green paper to cut out the Cheery Lynn Celtic Chain die and the Die-Versions Whispers Shamrock Flourish die and I added them to the card.  I stamped the sentiment in green ink and added that to the card!  And then I inked the edges with green ink.  Here is another card:

For this A2 card I started with green card stock for the base of the card and then I added the same yellow printed paper to it.  Next I took some green paper and cut out the Quickutz shamrock and I stamped the "Kiss me" sentiment with Versa mark and then heat embossed it with white embossing powder and added that to the card.  Then I cut out the Cheery Lynn Celtic Heart Border die and put part of it on the top of the card and the other part on the bottom of the card.  I love this border!
