Scrapy Land Challenge #125

Hello Blogging Friends,

Today is the start of a new challenge on the Scrapy Land Challenge Blog ~

The winner will be chosen by random.org and the Designers will still chose the Top Three and the Honorable Mentions.

Scrapy Land carries over 55 brands of dies, so chances are you have a few of the brands in your stash!  You can see all the brands carried under the Products category.

Please link back to this Scrapy Land Challenge and include the link to this challenge on your blog post.  It would also be extremely helpful if you would list the brands of dies used in your project.  (Sometimes we can't tell if an item is a die cut or chipboard.)

Here is my card:

Ingredients:

White card stock
Deep Rose paper
Victorian Velvet distress ink
Love and Beloved charm
Pink and White Bakers Twine

I made this card for a cousin of mine who just got engaged!  I started with White card stock for this A2 card.  I took a piece of Lemoncraft House of Roses paper, inked the edges with Victorian Velvet distress ink and added that to the card.  I took the Frantic Stamper Scribbled Heart Wreath die and the Deep Rosed paper and cut out two hearts and added them to the card.  I took some White and Pink Bakers Twine and made a bow and before I tied it off I added the Love and Be Loved charm to the bow and then added that to the card.  I really love the way the Frantic Stamper Scribbled Heart Wreath die looks on a card! Here is the inside of the card:

I used the Elizabeth Craft Designs Lace Heart die and some pink paper.  I inked the edges with Victorian Velvet distress ink, wrote the saying with a black marker and added that to the inside of the card.

Be sure to hop on over to the Scrapy Land Challenge #125 and see what the Design Team have made to inspire you!

Now it is your turn to create something for this challenge!  You have until November 17th to join in on the Scrapy Land Challenge fun and have a chance of winning $15 gift certificate to Scrapy Land.

Thanks for stopping by!
