Scrapy Land Challenge #73

Hello Blogging Friends!!

Today is the start of a new ANYTHING GOES Challenge on the Scrapy Land Challenge Blog ~

Scrapy Land Challenge #73

From now on the theme of the Scrapy Land Challenge will always be Anything Goes using any brand of die that Scrapy Land sells.  In addition we now have TWO WINNERS for each challenge!  One will be a random winner and the other is chosen by the Design Team.  Each inner will receive a generous $10 Gift Certificate to Scrapy Land.

Scrapy Land carries over 55 brands of dies, so chances are you have a few of the brands in your stash!  You can see all the brands carried under the Products category!

Please link your project back to the Scrapy Land Challenge #73 and include the link to this challenge on your blog post.  It would be extremely helpful if you would list the brands of dies used in your project.

We can't wait to see what you create!!  It can be any style you like from CAS to Mixed Media and everything in between.  Just be sure there's a die cut from a brand that Scrapy Land sells!

Here is my card for Scrapy Land Challenge #73:

Ingredients:

Craftin Desert Divas Ghostly Greetings stamp set
Kraft card stock
Assorted paper from my stash
Black ink
Jewel dots

For this 5 inch by 5 1/2 inch card I started with Kraft card stock for the base of the card.  I took some bright green paper from my stash and added that to the base of the card.  I took some white paper and the Poppystamps Spider Web Border die and ran that through my Big Shot and I added the spider web to the top of the card.  I took some bright yellow orange paper and a circle punch and cut out the circle and added that to the card for the moon.  I took some black paper and the Die-Versions Halloween Border die and cut out the bat and added him to the moon.  I took some brown shiny paper and the Die-Versions Sweet Petites Owl Family die and ran that through the Big Shot and added it to the card and then I took some jewel dots and placed them on the owl family for eyes.   I cut out the Impression Obsession Zombie Edger die and added that to the card.  I cut out the black cats with the Impression Obsession Cats die and placed them around the Zombie hands.  I took some white paper, black ink and the sentiment from the Craftin Desert Divas Ghostly Greetings stamp set and stamped the sentiment and added that to the card.  I just love making Halloween cards, they are always so much fun to make!

Now go over the the Scrapy Land Challenge #73 and check out what the Design Team have created for this challenge.

Now it is your turn to create something for this challenge!!

Please remember to:

  • include at least one brand of die that Scrapy Land sells
  • include a link to Scrapy Land Challenge #73 on your blog post
  • listing the brands of dies used on your project would be extremely helpful

You have until September 17th to join in on the Scrapy Land Challenge #73 fun and to have a chance of winning a $10 gift certificate to the Scrapy Land Store.

Thanks for stopping by!
