Joy Clair Coffee, Christmas and Rinea Foil Paper

Hello Blogging Friends,

It is my turn on the Joy Clair Blog today and I have 2 cards to share with you.  Today I am showcasing the Joy Clair Coffee Quotes stamp set, Joy Clair Christmas Coffee stamp set and Rinea Foil Paper.

Here is the Joy Clair Coffee Quotes stamp set:

Here is the Rinea Fuchsia Star Foil Paper I used:

For this 5 x 7 inch card I started with Kraft card stock for the base of the card.  I took a piece of brown paper and added that to the base of the card.  Next I took a piece of newsprint paper and cut it out with the Sue Wilson Madeline die.  I took the "You Had Me At Coffee" sentiment from the Joy Clair Coffee Quotes stamp set and stamped that in the middle circle with black ink.  I then took the coffee bean stamps from the Joy Clair Christmas Coffee stamp set and some brown ink and stamped them around the outside edge of the circle and then attached all of that on the card. I took a piece of the Rinea Fuchsia Star Foil paper and ran it through my Xyron to put adhesive on the back of the foil paper.  I took my Cottage Cutz Tea Time Border die and the Rinea Fuchsia Star Foil paper and cut out the border and placed that on the bottom part of the card.

For my next card I used the Joy Clair Christmas Coffee stamp set.

For this card I used the Rinea Ruby Star Struck Foil Paper:

For this A2 card I started with white card stock for the base of the card.  I took the distressed red paper and the Sizzix Holly thinlet and ran that through my Big Shot, then I inked the edges with Peeled Paint distress ink and added that to the card.  I took the Rinea Ruby Star Struck Foil paper and ran that through my Xyron to put adhesive on the back of the foil, then I cut that out with the stitched tag die.  I took some watercolor paper and some black Memento ink and stamped the "Have a cup of Christmas Cheer sentiment from the Joy Clair Christmas Coffee stamp set onto the paper, I inked the holly stamp with Peeled Paint distress ink and stamped that over the top of the sentiment.  I put tow red embellishments for holly berries, inked the edges with Peeled Paint distress ink and added that to the tag.  I took some green and white bakers twine and tied a bow on the top of the tag and then added that to the card.  I took some white paper and some Versamark ink and stamped the coffee cup onto the paper.  I used some green embossing powder and heat embossed the coffee cup and fussy cut it out and added it to the card.

  5. Wow I'm pleased I found you. Not sure how I found you though lol. Love your 3 cards. Very clever. How did you get the foil to stick though? I've only seen foil being done the hot foil way with a machine this looks different to them. TFS. X.

    1. Xyron is a machine that adds adhesive to the back of anything you would like to make into a sticker. Here is a link: https://www.xyron.com/en-us/products/create-a-sticker/5--create-a-sticker-max/
