Happy Easter

Today I am sharing a card with you that I made for the Fantabulous Cricut Challenge Blog ~ Challenge #298 ~ Easter.

Here is my card:

Ingredients:

DL.ART Crinkle Ribbon from the Intimate Bundle

Cricut Imagine Art Enjoy the Seasons cartridge

Joy Clair Easter Egg stamp set

Emerald Creek Rose Gold embossing powder

Versamark

Ice Cream Cone embossing folder

Assorted paper from my stash

Kraft card stock

Victorian Velvet distress ink

For this A2 card I started with Kraft card stock for the base of the card.  I took the pink patterned paper, inked the edges with Victorian Velvet distress ink and added that to the base of the card.  Next I took my Creative Memories Custom Cutting System and cut out the dusty pink Easter Egg shape. I ran that thru my Vagabond with the Ice Cream Cone embossing folder and then I lightly rubbed Victorian Velvet distress ink over the ridges and along the outside edge.  I cut out the Cricut Image from the Enjoy the Seasons cartridge and glued that onto the Easter Egg.  I took a fine tip marker and wrote "2017" on the banner on the image and then I glued the whole egg onto the card.  I took the Joy Clair Easter Egg stamp set and inked the Happy Easter sentiment with Versamark and stamped it onto the top of the card.  I heat embossed that with the Emerald Creek Rose Gold embossing powder.  To finish off my card, I took some of the gorgeous hand dyed crinkle ribbon from the DL.ART Intimate Bundle and made a bow and attached that to the card.
