Winter Coffee Lovers Bloghop ~ Day 4

Hello Blogging Buddies,

Today is Day 4 of the Winter Coffee Lovers Bloghop and if you haven't gone there to check out all the amazing creations everyone is making ~ then you are missing out and you need to grab a cuppa coffee and get over there!!  Just go here!

I have something a little different to share with you today!  I made coffee mug ornaments!!



To make these cuties I used my My Creative Time "You Deserve a Break" die to cut out the felt for the mugs and the felt for the coffee.  I cut the felt out twice for each mug and then sewed it together with embroidery thread and stuffed it with batting.  I sewed the heart and bow on the one side of the mug before sewing the two pieces together!  I had fun making these and I hope the recipients like them too!

    aaawww I just love seeing handmade ornaments, they take me right back to my childhood and happy memories of sewing lil horse heads out of felt to use around candy cakes. I loved decorating them with lil sequins and glue. Thank you for bringing a happy memory to my day.
