Hello Blogging Buddies,
I just got back from a great scrapbooking weekend with some wonderful friends!! Such a great way to get those creative juices flowing! Anyway, today I would like to share with you a coffee card I sent to my October Coffee Lovers Card Swap partner.
Here is my card:
Ingredients:
Coffee Bean embossing folder
VersaMark
Black embossing powder
Brown ink
Orange and green ink
For this A2 card I started with white card stock for the base of the card. Then a took another piece of white paper and ran it through my Vagabond with the Coffee Bean embossing folder. Then I took some brown ink and rubbed it all over the paper to make the coffee beans stand out and then I applied that to the card base. Next I took some orange sparkly paper and ran it through my Vagabond with the My Favorite Things Die-Namics Hot Cocoa Cups die. I took the Joy Clair Spooky Greetings stamp set and stamped Wicked and Spooky on the cups with Versamark and then I heat embossed them with Black embossing powder and added them to the cards. Next I stamped the Hocus Pocus sentiment onto some white paper with Versamark and heat embossed it with black embossing powder and then I cut it out with the Gina Marie Designs Wonky Stitches Nesting die and I inked it with orange and green ink and added that to the card. I took the Verve Stamps Coffee Word die and cut out some more orange sparkly paper with it and added that to the card. Then I mailed it to my partner on the Coffee Lovers Card Exchange list! I sure hope she likes it!
Thanks for stopping by!
