Unicorn Blog Challenge ~ August Challenge: "Animal Kingdom"

Hello Blogging Buddies,

Today is the start of a new challenge on the Unicorn Challenge Blog for August with a theme of:

 "Animal Kingdom"

This means that we would like to see you include an animal or animals on your creations.

Ingredients:

Darice Wood Grain embossing folder
Kraft card stock
Black ink
Gathered Twigs distress ink
Tea Dye distress ink
Various paper from my stash

For this A2 card I started with Kraft card stock, I took another piece of Kraft card stock and rain it through my Vagabond with my Darice Wood Grain embossing folder and then I rubbed some Gathered Twigs distress ink over it and then placed it on the base of the card.  Next I stamped the Serendipity Stamps Mustang stamp with black ink and I watercolored it with Tea Dye distress ink.  I cut the horse out with my Gina Marie Designs Pierced Fancy Nested label die and then at attached that to the spotted paper and cut that out with the next size up label die. I love how a little water and some distress ink work together to look like watercoloring!

Please be sure to stop by the Unicorn Challenge blog to see what all the Designers have created for this "Animal Kingdom" challenge.  Then it is your turn to make something and join us!  You have until August 31st to enter.

I hope I have inspired you to create something fun today!

Thanks for stopping by!
