Hello Fellow Coffee Lovers!!
Today is Day 4 of the 2016 Summer Coffee Lovers Bloghop! I wish I could post a card everyday during this fun Blog Hop, but life is busy right now so I will post when I get a chance. This is such a fun blog hop to participate in though, if you haven't yet ~ you really should this time around!
Here is my card for today:
Ingredients:
Coffee Ribbon (blog candy from a previous coffee lovers bloghop)
Watercolors
Versamark
Black embossing powder
Assorted papers from my stash
For this A2 card I started with some gray card stock for the base of the card. I took a piece of weathered wood paper, inked the edges with black ink, wrapped the coffee ribbon that I won from a previous Coffee Lovers bloghop and wrapped that around the paper and then added it to the base of the card. Next I stamped the cup from the Skipping Stones Designs Coffee 2 stamp set onto watercolor paper with Versamark. I heat embossed it with black embossing powder and then painted it with watercolors. I fussy cut it out and then added that to the card. Next I stamped the sentiment from the same stamp set with Versamark and heat embossed it with more black embossing powder. I love the look of this coffee mug! What do you think?
