Today Is A Good Day

Hello Friends,

Today I would like to share a card with you that I made with the new Simon Says Stamps Tim Holtz Exclusive 2015 Stamptember stamp set.  I used the iced coffee stamp for this card.

For this A2 card I started with kraft card stock for the base of the card, I inked the edges with Cracked  Pistachio distress ink.  Next I stamped the Iced Coffee stamp on white paper and colored it with my Copic markers and then cut it out with my Lil' Inker Designs Stictched Rectangles die and inked the edges with Cracked Pistachio distress ink.  Then  I cut out the patterned paper in the  next size up Lil' Inker Designs Stitched Rectangles die and I added that to another piece of patterned paper and added them to the card.  I tied some bakers twine around the card and added the Happy Birthday tag that I inked with the same distress ink.  I just love these new Tim Holtz stamps!

I am entering this card in the Simon Says Blog Monday Challenge where the theme is to use a rubber or clear stamp on your project.

I hope I have inspired you to create something fun today!

Please be sure to check out the other creations for this challenge here.

Thanks for stopping by!
