Thinking of You

Hello Peeps,

Today I am going to share with you a Thinking of You card that I made for the Simon Says Stamps Wednesday Challenge ~ Thinking of You.:

I started by stamping my Prima Julie Nutting Thinking of You doll onto the smooth side of Tim Holtz Distress Watercolor Cardstock with black archival ink, then I colored her in with Tim Holtz Distress Markers.  Next I stamped the sentiment from the Doll set and then I used several Distress Ink pads and a water brush to make the background.  I then cut it out using a Spellbinder Nestabilities die and mounted that on the polka dot paper and used the next size up die to cut that out and then I mounted that on to the base of the card.  Next I cut out the My Creative Times Stictched Chevy dies in the same polka dot paper and a solid pale pink and I added them both to the card so that it is pointing down to the "thinking of you" sentiment. I really like the way the background turned out.

I hope I have inspired you to create something pretty today!!  Don't forget to check out the other great projects in this challenge here.

Thanks for stopping by!!
Lori
