SSCB#33 Twine

Hello Friends,

Today I am going to share with you a card that I made for the Serendipity Stamps Challenge #33 Twine.  For this challenge you are to use either a Serendipity stamp or die and add some twine to your card.  Here is my card:

For this A2 card I started with a rust cardstock for the base of the card.  Next I stamped the Bird House Autumn stamp on white paper and colored it with copic markers. I inked the edges with aqua ink and then attatched it to the patterned paper.  I took some green and aqua twine and wrapped that around the top of the card and then took a little snip of it to tie it up.  I stamped the 'Miss You" sentiment on white paper with black ink, colored in the letters with a copic marker, inked the edges and then mounted that on the patterened paper and placed it on the card.  I really love this stamp with the bird sitting on a branch near his home overlooking the garden!

Please be sure to check out the other great cards people have created for this challenge here.  And don't forget to leave some love for the creators!  Everyone loves to read the comments and see what you think of their cards!

I hope I have inspired you today!

Thanks for stopping by!
Lori
