OWH Challenge #215

Hello Friends,

Today I am going to share a card with you that I made for the Operation Write Home Sketch Challenge #215.  This particular sketch was difficult for me because there were so many layers, but I decided I was up for the challenge!!  Here is my card:

And here is the OWH Sketch #214:

So for this A2 Card I started with black cardstock for the base of the card and then I used some leftover paper from the Close To My Heart Dakota paper pack to go along with the sketch.  I like the way it turned out, but it seems like a lot of paper is covered by other patterned paper.

Don't forget to stop by the OWH Sketch Challenge #215 board to see what all the other ladies have made!  They make some amazing cards!!  I love seeing what everyone creates!!

Thanks for stopping by and I hope I have inspired you to create something today!!

Happy Crafting!
Lori

  2. I love all these papers and your sentiment panel looks terrific with that sentiment and the brad. A total winner. No one would ever know you are uncomfortable with layers. I don't think you should be any more. You nailed this one.

  4. Hi Lori ~ That paper is awesome! I especially like the dsp behind the sentiment...yummy colors. The metal embellishment coordinates with the paper!! Nice :-)
