Craft Rocket Challenge #17 ~ For Man or Boy

**This is one of two posts of mine today, if you are looking for the DL.ART Thankful Thursday post please go here. **

Hello Blogging Buddies,

Today is the start of a new challenge on the Craft Rocket Challenge Blog.

Here is my card:

Ingredients:

Die-Versions Whispers On The Trail (retired)
Quickutz Anchor die
Close To My Heart Tommy Stamp Set
Faded Jeans distress ink
Black ink
Assorted papers from my stash

I started with yellow card stock for the base of this card.  I took some of the Close To My Heart Tommy paper and inked the edges with Faded Jeans distress ink and added that to the card.  Next I took some gray paper, distressed the edges and added that to the card.  Then I took some of the gray and yellow paper, distressed the edges and added that to the card. I cut out the Die-Version Whispers On the Trail die in gray distress paper, sanded it, inked the edges with black ink and then mounted it on some ivory paper and then added it to the card.  I cut out the Quickutz Anchor die in the same gray distress paper, sanded it and added that to the card.  Next I stamped sentiment with black ink onto wood grain paper and then distressed the edges and added that to the card.  I think this would be a great card for some guy graduating from High School or College!

Please be sure to stop by the Craft Rocket Challenge #17 ~ Man or Boy to see what the other designers have created for this challenge!

Now it is your turn to make something for this challenge!

Thanks for stopping by!
